      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily operations in the specialty pharmacy call center, ensuring workflow optimization
      - Lead staff selection and development of Pharmacy Care Coordinators, sharing best practices
      - Provide direction and support to Pharmacy Care Coordinators for exceptional patient experience
      - Collaborate with hospital outpatient pharmacy teams for alignment across clinic and call center workflows
      - Review operational and financial reports, providing insights and actions needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Current or eligible for Kentucky pharmacy technician registration
      - National Pharmacy Technician Certification
      - Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy technician experience
      - Prior experience with third-party billing and financial counseling

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Epic EMR
      - Familiarity with specialty pharmacy accreditation standards
