      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the overall project and installation of capital equipment from start to finish
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for large capital equipment installations
      - Update project management software with relevant project information and documentation
      - Coordinate equipment delivery details and ensure job site readiness
      - Review equipment orders for accuracy and oversee project punch lists

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of related experience, with at least 2 years in dental/medical project management or installation
      - Strong organizational and leadership skills
      - Intermediate troubleshooting and computer skills
      - Proven ability to work with confidential information and maintain compliance with company policies
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
      - Experience in managing complex projects and leading installation teams
      - Understanding of local building codes and regulations
      - Ability to present preventative maintenance to customers
      - Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation
