Meet with clients both on demand and by scheduled appointments to provide effective and compassionate recovery support services.

Assist with coordination of care for individuals requiring high levels of care and support reinstatement processes as needed.

Facilitate Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) groups regularly as assigned, creating a safe and supportive peer-led environment.

Monitor and maintain the program’s Resource Room daily to ensure availability of up-to-date materials and recovery resources.
- Effective communication with supervisors, counselors, and case managers regarding client needs and resource availability, particularly related to PIR (Personalized Individual Recovery) plans.

Encourage and educate clients—especially those resistant to care—on the benefits of engaging in therapy and recovery services.

Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

- A High School Diploma/GED required.
- Recovery Specialist certification is required.
- In the last three (3) years maintained at least twelve (12) months of successful part-time paid or volunteer work experience is required.
- One (1) year experience working with persons in recovery (PIR) preferred.

Position Details
The Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) provides peer-based recovery support services to individuals with substance use or co-occurring disorders. This position supports clients through both scheduled appointments and on-demand engagement, helping them navigate the recovery process, access necessary services, and remain engaged in treatment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
