      To be considered for this role, you will be expected to troubleshoot, light, render, and composite 3d software files at high resolutions from existing assets utilizing a variety of both 3D and 2D applications.

      Candidates are required to include a website or portfolio that contains a demo reel showcasing their past work.

      This is a remote role, candidates in the EST time zone only.


      Job Responsibilities

      • Produce high quality artwork in a fast-paced and high-volume production environment.
      • Internalize team "best practices"; assist in training new team members
      • Ability to troubleshoot & execute broad range of 3D software tasks primarily on camera setup, lighting, & rendering. Experience with modeling, texture/shading, and UV layout a plus.
      • QC colleagues' work

      Qualifications / Requirements

      • Minimum 2 years production experience in vfx/film, games, or marketing.
      • Thorough knowledge of Maya (preferred), or similar 3D software. Experience with V-Raya plus.
      • Skilled and experienced in compositing render layers in post utilizing Adobe Photoshop.
      • Automotive and/or Consumer Packaging Goods (CPG) experience a plus
      • Strong sense of composition, light, and color.
      • Possess strong technical skills and ability to learn new software/techniques quickly.
      • Ability to participate as a member of our team.
      • Strong ability to multi-task, organize, and problem-solve while keeping a calm demeanor under tight deadlines.
      • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
      • Shotgun Studio experience a plus.
      • Detail oriented and focused on continual process improvement; must have a strong desire to learn from other members of the team, and to share knowledge and discoveries

      Motivation/Interests:

      Excellent traditional art skills is a plus

      Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.       This is a remote position in the US. We are open to candidates in various states, with the exception of those residing in the following: AK, DC, DE, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $60,245 - $65,000 annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
