- Provide timely, personalized, friendly and efficient food and beverage service to our discerning guests
- Serve, refresh, clear and re-set tables in a timely manner
- Ensure that overall cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant exceeds expectations
- Maintain work section, including clearing tables, refreshing beverages, removing food items
- Upholds the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all time
- Serving It Right Certificate
- 2 years’ Serving experience
- Experience with Point of Sales systems
- Knowledge of wines, scotches, ports, and liquors

Job Description
Chalet Server
Featuring European-inspired alpine cuisine, the Chalet offers the perfect collection of warm and welcoming dishes, and this is the atmosphere our Servers create, too! Be part of a team dedicated to excellent guest service, and join us a Chalet Server.
This is a full-time, seasonal position, starting November / December, and ending in April / May.
Starting Rate of Pay:
Server: $17.40 per hour / Host: $18.25 per hour / Captain: $19.00 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years.
