      We're on the hunt for a talented Change Communication Specialist to join our team. This isn't just a communication role; it's a pivotal position where you'll shape how our team members experience significant change.

      What You'll Do

      As our Change Communication Specialist, you'll be the architect of our change narratives, ensuring every team member is informed, engaged, and empowered. Your key responsibilities will include:

      • Crafting Strategic Communication Plans: You'll design and implement comprehensive communication strategies for our most critical transformation projects, ensuring messages resonate with diverse internal audiences
      • Bringing Stories to Life: You'll translate complex project details into clear, compelling, and engaging content
      • Being a Trusted Advisor: You'll work hand-in-hand with project teams, change managers, and senior leaders, offering expert advice and guidance on effective communication
      • Driving Engagement: You'll manage various communication channels, ensuring information is delivered effectively and that team members have avenues to provide feedback and ask questions
      • Measuring What Matters: You'll monitor the effectiveness of communication, using data and insights to refine strategies and maximise impact

      Qualifications

      What You'll Bring: Your Toolkit for Success

      To excel in this role, you'll ideally possess:

      Qualifications

      • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, or demonstrable workplace experience
      • Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) or Internal Communications are highly desirable

      Experience

      • 5+ years of experience in change communication or internal communication within a large, complex organisation undergoing significant transformation
      • A proven track record of successfully developing and executing communication strategies for major projects
      • Experience in communicating to geographically dispersed teams and managing communications across multiple brands or divisions

      Skills

      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – you can simplify the complex and tell a compelling story
      • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of building trust and collaborating effectively at all levels
      • Proficiency with digital communication tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, intranet platforms, email marketing software)
      • A solid understanding of change management principles

      Additional Information

      This role is a six-month contract and may be based in our Sydney office or Melbourne office.
