Salary: £43,000+
What you will be doing:
· The main objective of this role is to manage a portfolio of change initiatives, ensuring the effective and successful delivery of system, service and process change, the role will work closely with service and functional teams to understand strategic and tactical priorities and co-ordinate change with Employee Business Services suppliers and services
· The expectation is that this role will evolve to operate across the UK and Rest of World, supporting change across the geographic and sector boundaries
· Foster and maintain a strong stakeholder communication network
· Will leverage best practice and application of BPMN toolsets to investigate business situation, evaluate actions and document requirements and ensure structured documentation and governance
· Will plan and lead workshops with stakeholders at all levels for requirements and business process capture and documentation
· Understand both labour and non-labour cost base for the functional area of responsibility
· Analyse the business impact of change requirements from multiple sources; application driven change (releases), business-initiated change, people strategy driven change and continuous improvement initiatives
· Be responsible for ensuring change control and change management procedures are followed within the project team applying appropriate levels of change governance
· Manage the preparation and presentation of change assessments with recommendations to weekly/monthly Change Review Board(s)
· Collect, understand, qualify, and transmit the business requirements for the project to key stakeholders for impact assessment, initiation/statement of work, development, and delivery phases
· Work with the appropriate technical leads and 3rd Party organisations to ensure solutions are properly designed, developed, tested, and implemented
· Validate the design with stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the business requirements
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
· Business Analysis professional qualification or proven working experience
· A strong attention to detail and the ability to plan and control workloads
· Stakeholder management and the ability to foster and build relationships
· Evidence of continuous personal development
Desirable:
· Extensive operational experience, ideally in a Shared Service environment
· Project Management professional qualification or proven working experience
· Knowledge and experience of Business Process Modelling Notation toolsets
· Understanding and awareness of the external HR IT market landscape
· Understanding and awareness of organisational financial business planning

The Shared Services team:
Based within Employee Business Services and aligned to the Human Resources processes and services and technology, the role of Change Lead reports into the Senior Change Lead and is aligned with the function of Project Management.
