What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze proposed changes to assess their impact on overall systems
- Coordinate recording of modifications for management control
- Establish change-reporting procedures and prepare directives for change authorization
- Daily collaboration with development and infrastructure teams to support installation activities
- Lead Change Advisory Board meetings and organize operational governance meetings with stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management and/or software configuration management
- Proficiency in ITIL process frameworks
- Prior experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- Advanced understanding of software configuration and/or change management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills at a multi-product/multi-environment level
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience establishing SLAs and availability goals
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Understanding of project planning and coordination processes
