      In this role, you'll:


      Work within our Regional Rail project Team within the People Planning and Capability Branch of NSW Trains, with a focus on design and delivery of change programs for our New Regional Fleet.

      This role will see you working across a broad range of Change management for the business that will include process management, people process changes and large scale operational change that will require internal stakeholder and community engagement. The role will also include collaborating and support of the overall Regional Rail Program including training and industrial relations alignment.

      You will make decisions within the overall program frameworks and approved change management approach and be accountable for assuring that change is delivered within a structured approach and methodology to deliver the required outcomes for the project.

      About you


      Your demonstrated track record will be in delivering large scale change management programs in project and BAU environments and extensive skills in building relationships and stakeholder management.

      You’re recognised as having significant experience in large scale government change management processes within a complex multi-stakeholder environment. This will have given you the skills to negotiate with key stakeholders to agree on change, implementation and adoption of a required approach.

      This is an Award RC7 Temporary Fixed Term Full-Time role for up to 24 months based in Sydney, with flexibility through our cutting-edge hybrid working model!
