What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of presentation-related projects, including intake, prioritization, development, reviews, and final delivery within expected timelines
- Collaborate with sales, product, compliance, and marketing teams to gather content and ensure accuracy and alignment on objectives
- Organize and translate complex information into clear, well-structured presentations that meet audience needs
- Regularly review and update existing presentations to ensure they reflect current information and align with product and regulatory updates
- Provide guidance on effectively using presentation templates and tools to support sales teams and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, project management, or related experience
- Strong experience with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) for developing professional materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with publishing and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint)
- High attention to detail regarding content accuracy, version control, and brand alignment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required
- Experience in copywriting, editing, and proofreading
