      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately enter charges on patient accounts for services rendered by client clinicians
      - Monitor and manage assigned Account, Charge Review, and Claim Edit Work queues
      - Follow up on incomplete and inaccurate charges and implement prompt corrections
      - Conduct thorough reviews of medical records to ensure clinical documentation supports all billed charges
      - Communicate effectively with team members, compliance departments, and clinical staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - At least two years of healthcare experience in billing, charge entry, or charge capture
      - Proficiency with medical coding terminology, including CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS Level II
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills
      - Ability to work under minimal supervision and as part of a team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - General understanding of various billing, payment, and coding systems in healthcare
      - Proficient knowledge of entering and reviewing charges in an EMR system (e.g., EPIC)
      - AAPC or AHIMA certification in coding, such as CPC, CCS, or CMC
      - Specialized coding certification approved by the main governing bodies
