What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retrieve and upload medical records at various healthcare facilities using provided equipment and processes
- Maintain frequent communication with the regional support team to ensure effective operations
- Drive to multiple locations while ensuring punctuality and professionalism
- Utilize basic computer skills to scan, save, and upload documents securely
- Assist with additional duties as required to support the workflow
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills, including document scanning, file management, and secure uploads
- Proven reliability and ability to follow directions
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical issues
- Availability between 8 AM - 5 PM for at least three consecutive days per week

- Experience in a field-based role or similar position
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to new processes
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Experience with customer service or client-facing positions
- Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting and maneuvering equipment
