What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retrieve and upload medical records at local healthcare facilities following scheduled appointments
- Maintain communication with the regional support team to ensure efficient operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to medical chart retrieval
- Adhere to professional attire and conduct standards during on-site visits and video calls
- Assist with additional responsibilities as required by the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills, including scanning documents and uploading files to secure servers
- Proven reliability and punctuality in previous work experiences
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle

- Experience in a field-based role or similar position involving technical skills
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors
