What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the day-to-day performance and workflow of the agent team
- Answer team member questions and provide support and coaching
- Ensure operational performance goals and standards are met
- Perform call monitoring and assessment of agents
- Conduct team meetings and administer corrective action when needed
- Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Travel Experience Required
- 1 or more years' experience in a call center agent role with leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems
- Must reside within 2 hours of Phoenix, AZ
