What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments for crisis contacts
- Assess safety and suicide risk while identifying appropriate community resources
- Conduct follow-up calls for individuals deemed moderate to high risk for suicide
- Maintain compliance with ethical and clinical standards as per accreditation requirements
- Participate actively in training, supervision, and team meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field; or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
- Six months to one year of related crisis experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal, and virtual formats
- Knowledge of suicide assessments and crisis intervention techniques
- Strong customer service skills and professional etiquette

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a mental health crisis setting
- Familiarity with community resources for service linkage and referrals
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively
- Previous training in trauma-informed care or crisis intervention techniques
