      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments for individuals in emotional distress
      - Answer crisis contacts via chat/text to assess for suicide risk and identify appropriate community resources
      - Conduct follow-up calls for individuals deemed moderate to high risk for suicide
      - Maintain compliance with ethical and clinical standards in all interactions
      - Actively participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, psychology, social work, or a related field, or certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist
      - Six months to one year of related crisis experience
      - Ability to effectively communicate through written, verbal, and virtual methods
      - Demonstrated high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette
      - Knowledge of suicide assessments and crisis intervention techniques

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a mental health crisis or suicide prevention role
      - Familiarity with community resources and service linkage for individuals in crisis
      - Previous participation in training related to trauma-informed care
