Job Description
Position Summary
Our client, Prestige Community Credit Union is seeking an inspiring and forward-thinking executive to serve as its next President/Chief Executive Officer. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, this strategic leader will be responsible for guiding the credit union’s long-term vision while ensuring operational excellence, financial strength, and a commitment to member service.
The President/CEO will lead the development and execution of strategic goals aligned with the credit union’s mission, drive innovation across all areas of the organization, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. This individual will foster a member-centric and collaborative culture, strengthen internal leadership, and serve as the external face of the credit union in the community and industry.
The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience in executive leadership, lending and financial operations, strategic planning, and talent development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire high performance and alignment across teams.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree and at least 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within a credit union or community financial institution. Experience with consumer lending, financial statement interpretation is strongly preferred.

Compensation
An excellent and competitive compensation package will be offered to the selected candidate, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive leadership, strategic planning, operational oversight, lending, and financial management. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to lead high-performing teams while reinforcing the credit union’s mission and culture. A bachelor’s degree is required. A minimum of 5-10 years of executive experience within the credit union or retail banking.
