      Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

      Position Overview:


      The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Team, leading financial strategy, investment management, and operational efficiency. The CFO will be responsible for driving the company's financial performance, ensuring profitability, and supporting growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This role requires a hands-on, results-driven leader with strong financial acumen, investment expertise, and the ability to navigate complex capital and debt markets. The CFO will oversee the Accounting team, manage investor relations, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements.


      Candidate Profile:

      The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in strategic financial leadership, investment analysis, and financial operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This individual is a collaborative and decisive leader with a track record of guiding organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and financial restructuring. The candidate should have strong expertise in capital markets, investor relations, compliance, and M&A transactions. Experience in hospitality, real estate, or a related industry is highly preferred.


      Key Responsibilities:

      Strategic Leadership:

      • Act as an integrator for the Executive Team, providing financial insights to guide decision-making.
      • Lead initiatives to drive profitability and ensure long-term financial health.
      • Develop and implement financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
      • Evaluate and pursue strategic growth opportunities, including organic expansion and M&A.

      Financial Oversight & Investment Leadership:

      • Lead the Investment Committee in assessing and approving investment opportunities.
      • Oversee financial planning and analysis for new real estate investments, acquisitions, and renovation projects.
      • Conduct and oversee Proforma and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) analysis for investment decision-making.
      • Manage capital market activities, including refinancing existing debt and securing new financing.

      Accounting & Compliance:

      • Lead and manage the Accounting Team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
      • Oversee Fund Accounting, OpCo Accounting, and Property-level accounting activities.
      • Ensure compliance with loan agreements, financial regulations, and industry standards.
      • Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.

      Investor Relations:

      • Maintain strong relationships with investors, including institutional and high-net-worth stakeholders.
      • Oversee investor reporting and serve as the primary liaison for financial updates and inquiries.

      Legal & Compliance Oversight:

      • Work closely with external legal counsel to ensure financial and investment activities adhere to regulations.
      • Provide guidance on legal aspects of financial transactions and contracts.

      Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):

      • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for M&A opportunities.
      • Develop and execute strategies for successful acquisitions and integrations.
