- Leadership of the teams within the Business Operations & Excellence market area, including Client Data Management, Operations and Branches & Logistics, as well as the Projects & Process Management area and the COO Management Office, with approximately 130 employees. This involves fostering a constructive, efficient, and innovative culture and enhancing collaboration across various units.
- Regulatory responsibility and co-responsibility within the matrix organization of the LGT Group for the areas of Financing, Investment Services, and Venture Philanthropy.
- Overall responsibility for the bank's site policies (Facilities Management).
- Program management of all projects and process adjustments within the bank; coordination and alignment of (group) project topics with the responsible units.
- Leadership of special projects and crisis organizations.
- Participation in group initiatives as well as co-development of the strategic direction and further development of the bank; participation in the COO Committee Europe and further development of alignment, standardization, and closer collaboration between the COO areas of the LGT banks in Liechtenstein, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Higher education or university degree in business administration or related fields, leadership & management trainings desirable
- Proven leadership experience with several years in private banking, particularly in similar roles (Operations, Business Services, Change Management)
- Extensive professional experience ideally in a similar C-level role within the banking environment
- Strong leadership abilities coupled with a professional and engaging presence
- Good interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, fluent in both written and spoken; proficiency in French and Italian is an advantage
- Profound technical and process understanding
- Analytical and highly interconnected thinking with a focus on developing creative solutions
