- $56,000 – $62,000 per year (based on experience)

- Deliver home-based psychotherapeutic interventions to children ages 0–5 and their caregivers using Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and other relational, trauma-informed modalities.
- Partner with a Family Resource Partner to engage families referred to the Child First program.
- Conduct family assessments and develop individualized Child and Family Plans of Care.
- Help caregivers understand and respond to their child’s developmental and emotional needs.
- Provide consultation to early childhood education providers and participate in reflective supervision.
- Document clinical services, maintain records for accountability, and participate in ongoing training.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, Clinical Psychologist).
- Active full or provisional license in North Carolina is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing therapy to young children and families, including play therapy or dyadic/parent-child models.
- Training or familiarity with Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of attachment theory, early childhood development, and the impact of trauma.
- Ability to work independently in home-based and community settings.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
