What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails from custodial and non-custodial parents, caretakers, and employers
- Accurately explain criteria for requested actions based on federal, state, and agency regulations
- Review and analyze data from the automated case management system to assist callers
- Meet established response times and performance measures while providing excellent customer service
- Utilize interviewing techniques to gather accurate information from callers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of extensive inbound call center experience
- Strong understanding of call center policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and privacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet performance measures in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience monitoring, tracking, and analyzing data
- Familiarity with automated office systems and call center hardware/software
- Knowledge of child support enforcement techniques and activities
