Child Welfare Family Support Specialist

Provide home-based support to 12–14 families, including parenting education, health and nutrition guidance, and developmental screenings.
Collaborate with DCYF, schools, mental health providers, and community resources to coordinate care.
Deliver weekly engaging parent-child activities to nurture healthy bonding.
Support families in setting and achieving goals for self-sufficiency and resilience.
Prepare reports, advocate in court, and attend team meetings to ensure quality services.
High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and 1–3 years of related experience
Knowledge of infant/child development and willingness to build reflective capacity
Bilingual skills and lived experience with diverse communities a plus
A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
