      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain personal relationships with church partners and advocate for children's needs
      - Perform church engagement activities to achieve team strategy in collaboration with marketing
      - Foster and strengthen relationships with active, dormant, and lapsed church partners
      - Organize and execute church group and vision trips to cultivate partnerships
      - Maintain accurate databases and provide required reports on objectives and activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a related field
      - Strong interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and verbal communication
      - Comfortable working within a team environment and collaborating with others
      - Ability to effectively engage with church partners through various communication methods
      - Willingness to travel up to 20% of the normal schedule, including international travel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
      - Proactive work style with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems
