Job Description

- Contribute to the completion of project tasks and milestones.
- Work with process teams to identify and execute improvement projects.
- Work closely with Lean Program Lead and project coaches on areas ranging from project design to project closure and sustainability.
- Bring together cross-disciplinary teams when working on complex problems or pursuing business opportunities.
- Applicant must have a High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience OR an associates degree with 4 years of experience OR a bachelors degree with 0+years of experience.
- Demonstrated Lean six sigma application experience
- Experience and working knowledge of Process Monitoring systems
- In-depth knowledge of program and project management in support of Lean, Enterprise Excellence, Six Sigma, quality improvement, and similar initiatives
- Good understanding of Environment, Health & Safety
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven track implementation of CI projects.
- Leadership experience in functional area
- Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), and manufacturing procedures and standards
- Lean Six Sigma Certifications
