Job Description

- Learn and fully understand the fundamentals and technicals of our cross asset business
- Support senior salespeople with presentations, marketing materials, meeting preparations, strategy guides, etc.
- Liaise with our middle and back office to make sure the post-trade processes take place smoothly, work on ad hoc client requests
- Help to grow our franchise with the onboarding of new clients together with the KYC team
- Conduct client and market research and due diligence
- Create reports, datasets and summaries which help to track progress in pursuing business targets and to identify future growth opportunities
- Currently enrolled in studies in a Bachelor‘s or Master’s degree programme in Finance or a related area
- Fluent in English and one of the main CEE languages (Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian). Fluency in German is not required
- Familiarity with the economies of the CE4 region and strong interest in CE4 and global fixed income markets, a basic understanding of simple derivatives products
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a client coverage role in the future
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively as well as exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills. Ability to work within a team as well as individually
- Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
- Prior internship experience in banking or asset management in a front office role is preferred

Central Eastern Europe Markets Coverage - Frankfurt
We are a cross asset sales team covering clients in more than 15 countries in the wider Central Eastern European region as the number 1 markets franchise. We work with a diverse group of sovereigns, institutional and corporate clients and support them across the entire markets spectrum ranging from simple instruments to highly sophisticated strategic derivatives and funding solutions.
We are located in Frankfurt, Paris and London and you will join us on the busy trading floor of our Frankfurt office.
We are looking for exceptionally talented individuals who are collaborative, well-organised and motivated to help us provide a first-class experience to clients and support the ongoing growth of our franchise in CEE. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset and are looking to constantly challenge yourself in a trading floor environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated Working Student (all genders), for 19 h/week (and 39h/week during non-term) for a duration of 12 months in Frankfurt, starting as soon as possible.
