      The Wealth Chief of Staff (CoS) team is responsible for leading the development and execution of key strategic initiatives and priorities while providing support for the Head of Citi Wealth. The team coordinates and executes various projects and has a global Wealth reach with interaction across all other Citi businesses and functions. The team drives the overall administrative activities of the business. The AVP will both coordinate and assist on activities such as forward planning, employee engagement and other administrative initiatives as necessary. The AVP will also manage ad hoc projects as needed. This individual has a keen focus on execution and takes a proactive approach to preparing for longer-term projects/deliverables. This AVP has strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders including direct team members, the broader Wealth organization and members of senior leadership.

      Responsibilities

      • Partner with local and regional business management team to ensure alignment of business goals
      • Drive implementation of key Wealth projects by determining strategies, communication and defining/providing metrics, working closely with relevant senior leadership
      • Help with forward planning across all areas of the Head of Wealth’s commitments, including travel, offsites, Board, town halls, staff meetings and more
      • Ensure the Head of Wealth is fully prepared for all relevant engagements by reviewing/preparing briefing materials
      • Support the Chief of Staff in management and governance activities through forward planning, building agendas, coordinating with subject matter experts, creating and distributing materials, tracking follow-ups and ensuring smooth execution of the meeting/event
      • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

      Qualifications

      • 2-5 years of experience in financial markets business or business support
      • Demonstrated expertise of Microsoft Office product suite
      • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

      Education

      • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
      • Master’s degree preferred
