What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide primary technical ownership of the firm's software applications
- Troubleshoot Citrix Issues post migration
- Manage server backups, disaster recovery procedures, and business continuity plans
- Document application customizations for training curriculum development
- Prioritize, identify, research, and resolve technical problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Citrix Studio, Citrix Director, MCS, PVS, App Layering, FAS, Cloud Connectors, FSLogix
- Basic Project Management skills
- Experience with Root-Cause Analysis, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good Scripting Knowledge using PowerShell
- Prior experience in legal or financial services preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in Citrix Application Support or related field
