What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver consulting, configuration, and training services on Bentley’s software applications to users
- Guide users during the implementation phase and ensure smooth transitions to regular support
- Create learning content such as documentation, videos, and webinars
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality based on user feedback
- Travel to customer sites and software user conferences approximately 25% of the time
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or closely related degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in the associated industry
- Experience using, configuring, and training on Bentley OpenRoads Designer or OpenRail Designer software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities
- A proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with other related industry software applications
- Knowledge of industry workflows and best practices
- Fluency in additional languages
