What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget for land development projects
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, contractors, and local government officials
- Oversee the conceptual and design phases, review processes, bidding, construction, and project completion
- Review design aspects including site landscape layouts, grading plans, and stormwater management facilities
- Ensure quality control and manage project budgeting effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, landscape architecture, or equivalent training/experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land/site development, including utilities, drainage, quality control, and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to occasionally travel overnight

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Landscape Architect (LA) license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed expectations
