What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and maintenance of Executive Lines coverage forms across assigned business lines
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive product offerings
- Collaborate with Business Units and Corporate Underwriting to establish line strategies
- Manage filing strategies and respond to inquiries from State Departments of Insurance
- Monitor regulatory and judicial environments to ensure compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of specialty insurance experience with a focus on product
- Thorough understanding of business insurance products, contracts, and regulatory environments
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent oral and technical writing communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Management Liability Executives lines, particularly with Financial Institutions
- Proven ability to influence strategic decisions in a corporate environment
- Advanced analytical skills to support product development and market analysis
