What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and maintenance of Executive Lines coverage forms and associated rules
- Monitor and analyze regulatory and judicial environments to ensure compliance
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for assigned products
- Collaborate with Business Units and Corporate Underwriting to establish line strategies
- Manage State Department of Insurance objections and inquiries related to product filings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of specialty insurance experience with a focus on product management
- In-depth understanding of business insurance products and regulatory environments
- Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Management Liability Executives lines, particularly for Financial Institutions
- Proven track record of influencing strategic decisions that align with corporate goals
- Advanced skills in market research and analysis
