What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development, design, and maintenance of Executive Lines coverage forms for both admitted and non-admitted use
- Monitor and analyze the regulatory and judicial environment to ensure compliance in writing states
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for the assigned product and line of business
- Collaborate with Business Units and Corporate Underwriting to establish and support line strategies
- Develop filing strategies and manage State Department of Insurance objections and inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of specialty insurance experience with knowledge in product management
- Thorough understanding of business insurance products, contracts, forms, and regulatory environment
- Excellent oral and technical writing communication skills with attention to detail
- Strong ability to influence strategic decisions that support corporate goals
