      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development, design, and maintenance of Executive Lines coverage forms across assigned business lines
      - Monitor regulatory and judicial environments to ensure compliance in writing states
      - Collaborate with Business Units and Corporate Underwriting to establish line strategies within Business Insurance
      - Conduct market research and competitive analysis for assigned products
      - Develop filing strategies and manage State Department of Insurance objections and inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - 3-5 years of specialty insurance experience with a working knowledge of product management
      - Thorough understanding of business insurance products, contracts, and regulatory environments
      - Strong oral and technical writing communication skills with attention to detail
      - Advanced leadership and organizational skills

      - Proven ability to influence strategic decisions that align with corporate goals
