What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development, design, and maintenance of Executive Lines coverage forms and associated rules
- Monitor regulatory and judicial environments to ensure compliance in writing states
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for assigned products
- Collaborate with Business Units and Corporate Underwriting to establish line strategies
- Manage filing strategies and address State Department of Insurance objections and inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of specialty insurance experience with product knowledge
- Thorough understanding of business insurance products, contracts, and regulatory environments
- Excellent oral and technical writing communication skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills aligned with the employer’s CARE values
