What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development, design, and maintenance of Executive Lines coverage forms and associated rules for admitted and non-admitted use
- Monitor and analyze the regulatory and judicial environment to ensure compliance in writing states
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for the assigned product and line of business
- Collaborate with Business Units and Corporate Underwriting to establish and support line strategies within Business Insurance
- Develop filing strategies and manage State Department of Insurance objections and inquiries as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of Specialty insurance experience with a working knowledge of product development
- Thorough understanding of business insurance products, contracts, forms, coverage, and regulatory environment
- Excellent oral and technical writing communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Advanced leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to influence strategic decisions

- Experience in management liability lines, particularly for financial institutions such as asset managers and banks
- Strong innovation and initiating skills to drive product strategy
- Proven track record of successful collaboration across teams to achieve corporate goals
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance procedures in the insurance industry
