      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development, design, and maintenance of Executive Lines coverage forms for both admitted and non-admitted use
      - Monitor and analyze regulatory and judicial environments to ensure compliance in writing states
      - Conduct market research and competitive analysis for the assigned product line
      - Collaborate with Business Units and Corporate Underwriting to establish line strategies
      - Develop filing strategies and manage inquiries from State Departments of Insurance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - 3-5 years of specialty insurance experience with knowledge in product management
      - Thorough understanding of business insurance products, contracts, and regulatory environments
      - Excellent oral and technical writing communication skills with attention to detail
      - Strong ability to influence strategic decisions supporting corporate goals
