      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development, design, and maintenance of Executive Lines coverage forms and associated rules
      - Monitor and analyze regulatory and judicial environments to ensure compliance in writing states
      - Conduct market research and competitive analysis for the assigned product and line of business
      - Collaborate with Business Units and Corporate Underwriting to establish and support line strategies within Business Insurance
      - Develop filing strategies and manage State Department of Insurance objections and inquiries as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - 3-5 years of specialty insurance experience with knowledge in product management
      - Thorough understanding of business insurance products, contracts, forms, coverage, and regulatory environments
      - Advanced leadership, innovation, organization, and time management skills
      - Excellent oral and technical writing communication skills with strong attention to detail
