What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to open enrollment inquiries and complete necessary transactions
- Recommend products that best suit the customer
- Perform routine call center activities concerning enrollment inquiries
- Complete follow-ups and call backs in a timely manner
- Provide great customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Successful passing of a criminal background check and drug test
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Type a minimum of 45 WPM on a computer
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience in benefits administration services
