What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and process labor claims and part orders in compliance with warranty policy guidelines
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to both internal and external customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions
- Maintain knowledge of product lines, components, and systems to effectively support claims processing
- Suggest improvements to warranty processing systems for enhanced productivity and data quality
- Actively demonstrate and promote company behaviors for success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required
- 2-5+ years of related product experience; technical experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in computer skills and strong writing and analysis capabilities
- Attention to detail and consistency is essential
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and external associates
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in manufacturing and principles of refrigeration
- Mobility within work facilities, including manufacturing sites
- Ability to travel independently as required for work assignments
