      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform clerical duties to assist technical staff in processing claims for clients
      - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence
      - Monitor new claims, including reviewing and transferring emailed correspondence
      - Answer and route telephone calls for technicians, initiating calls as necessary
      - Assist in training or directing temporary employees and participating in the interviewing process with supervisors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of two to three years of general office experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office products
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One year of claims industry experience is preferred but not required
      - Familiarity with electronic filing systems and procedures
      - Strong analytical skills to assist with claims processing
