What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Input data entry on all new claims
- Provide indemnity payments and cycles
- Review all DWC letters and process QME
- Complete IMR and interact with nurse on case management
- Other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year of Claims Assistant experience
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
- Experience in insurance and/or Workers Compensation claims preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Adept at accessing business data from the Internet
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in insurance or Workers Compensation claims
