What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Determine eligibility and coverage of benefits based on the patient's insurance plan
- Assess claims for accuracy, compliance with coding guidelines, and medical necessity
- Document claim information and assign appropriate codes for accurate tracking and processing
- Communicate with healthcare providers and patients to resolve discrepancies or issues related to claims

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in a high production environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to review and triage documents accurately
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills to handle multiple workloads
- Collaborative team player with problem-solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare claims processing environment
