What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the creation of detailed test plans and conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure systems meet business requirements
- Collaborate with management to design technology solutions based on business needs
- Collect, analyze, and document business needs, preparing solutions through direct interactions with business units
- Deliver presentations and project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Manage the Business Solutions Hotline and provide hands-on training to Claims users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic understanding of information systems and business processes
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Xactimate and XactAnalysis for property loss estimating and claim management
- Proven track record in customer service and support roles
- Previous experience in a project management or strategic planning capacity
