- Confidence – being comfortable managing high value claims and being accountable for decisions made and have great communication skills.

- Collaborative – working closely with team members as well as other internal stakeholders to drive development and improvement.
- Maintenance of a strong risk management ethos
- Starting salary up to £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.

Claims Manager – Salary up to £60,000

A bit about the job:
In this pivotal role, you will primarily manage and oversee high-value and complex motor and/or liability claims in collaboration with our panel suppliers. Your responsibilities will also include offering technical guidance and support to the broader Claims function and internal stakeholders through training and advice. Additionally, you will provide exceptional support to our brokers and clients.
