      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct systematic quality file reviews of first-party property and third-party casualty claims
      - Participate in root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives
      - Perform training and serve as a subject matter expert in claims handling processes
      - Engage in weekly discussions to identify areas for improvement and training opportunities
      - Complete follow-up items and review departmental materials prior to rollout

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited university or equivalent insurance background
      - 5+ years of experience in property/liability complex coverage claims and field adjusting
      - Strong knowledge of property/casualty claims handling practices and Florida regulations
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Quality Assurance file reviews
      - Background in training or mentoring others in claims handling and field adjusting
