What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement statistically valid sampling methodologies for claims audits
- Design complex reports to track audit quality, productivity, and trends
- Act as a subject matter expert on external audit systems and collaborate with various business units
- Maintain accurate reporting for the claims department goals
- Communicate effectively on project progress and manage multiple tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a traditional data analytics and Tableau reporting environment
- Proficiency in Tableau and SQL; certification is a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Extensive experience with Python and Jupyter Notebooks
- Ability to analyze, organize, and adjust priorities based on managerial needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Tableau/SQL certification
- Familiarity with audit system applications
- Experience with vendor liaison duties
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
