 What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
 - Serve as a customer advocate by handling inquiries from policyholders and agents, ensuring exceptional service delivery
 - Process health and accident claims daily, reviewing necessary documents to approve or deny benefits
 - Communicate claims statuses and provide professional resolutions to customer and agent inquiries
 - Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards
 - Collaborate with various departments to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction
 What is Required (Qualifications):
 - 2-5 years of claims processing or insurance experience in a similar role
 - Knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
 - Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a focus on quality
 - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle high-volume claims efficiently
 - Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
 How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
 - Experience in a claims service environment
 - Typing speed of 25-30 words per minute
 - Proven ability to handle escalated customer issues professionally
 - Strong organizational and analytical skills
