      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow written procedures and utilize proprietary software tools to accurately assess and process claim documents
      - Enter claim decisions and verify data to ensure compliance with departmental standards
      - Identify and escalate complex or unresolved claims to leadership in a timely manner
      - Consistently meet or exceed departmental expectations for accuracy and service level agreements
      - Maintain accurate records to support internal and external audits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in claims processing, data entry, or a related administrative role
      - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods
      - Proficiency in using proprietary software tools and ability to analyze and verify data accurately

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-paced claims processing environment
      - Familiarity with compliance standards and audit processes
