  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage lower-level, non-complex workers’ compensation claims under close supervision
  - Confirm policy coverage and determine the validity and compensability of claims
  - Establish reserves and authorize payments within designated authority limits
  - Communicate claim status effectively with customers, claimants, and clients
  - Assist other claims professionals with more complex claims as needed
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related experience
  - Minimum of 1 year of experience in the industry and claims management preferred
  - State Certification as an Experienced Examiner
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  - Strong problem-solving abilities and computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office

  - Experience in managing workers’ compensation claims
  - Familiarity with claims review processes and client guidelines
  - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  - Experience in a similar remote work environment
