  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Perform manual reviews and labeling of video content using established machine learning and quality guidelines
  - Review algorithmically generated samples, including high-impression and high-impact content
  - Evaluate model outputs and AI-generated responses for developmental appropriateness and safety
  - Provide clear annotations and qualitative feedback to support classifier training and evaluation
  - Identify and document edge cases and content gaps that cannot be addressed through existing automated or standardized processes
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Must be fluent in Indonesian
  - Experience in content review, data labeling, quality evaluation, or machine learning support workflows
  - Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail
  - Ability to read, interpret, and assess AI-generated responses and synthetic content
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documentation and providing structured feedback
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - In-depth knowledge of youth, teen, and family-focused content, including trends, creators, formats, and common engagement tactics
  - Familiarity with moderating youth content
  - Prior experience supporting machine learning classifiers (e.g. training data review, model evaluation, QA)
  - Strong contextual judgment and comfort handling gray-area or ambiguous content
  - Background in Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, Policy Operations, or Digital Media Review is a plus
